Fax or mail original PO issued by your purchasing department to 1-201-891-5689.
All POs MUST have the following:
1. Valid authorized signature(s)
2. Complete billing and shipping addresses.
3. Contact name, telephone number, email address of department and/or person
responsible for payment.
4. Proper shipping and handling fee (see below)
5. The EAI Education EAI Education Order Form
(PDF) or a printout of your shopping cart can be used as an attachment to your officially signed school purchase order.

Free Shipping! On UPS Ground orders
over $100.00. Available for online orders of in-stock items over $100.00 to
one location within the continuous 48 states. Free shipping does not apply
to drop shipped items, calculators and storage items.
Discounts
cannot be used

Important!
The state of the shipping address must match the state of the billing address. We cannot bill to one state and ship to another state.
Delivery within the continuous 48 states:
$15.00* - $99.99.....$7.00 via UPS Ground
$100.00 and up......FREE SHIPPING to one location within the continuous 48
states. Free shipping does not apply to drop shipped items,
calculators and storage items.

(AK, HI, PR, APO, FPO):
Shipping: 20% of order total, orders under $75.00 will be charged an additional $10.00. HI, AK, PR, APO and FPO will be shipped via U.S. Mail and may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. If you require your order sooner, please call 1-800-770-8010 for express delivery.

Merchandise Damaged / Shortage |
|
Upon receipt of order check to ensure you have received the same number of
packages listed on the UPS label or freight bill. Note shortages or
any damage on the receipt prior to signing. Keep any damaged packages
for future investigation and contact our office within 10 days for
replacement.

Payment Terms and Conditions |
|
Authorized purchase orders from public schools and educational institutions
receive Net 30 day terms. School purchase orders also be mailed or faxed to 1-201-891-5689.
Note:
Charges on your credit card statement will appear as "Eric Armin Inc."

EAI Education Return Policy |
|
Should you receive merchandise that you would like to return for any reason,
please follow procedure listed and note returns must be within 90 days of
receipt of order.
- Call 800-770-8010 to obtain Return Authorization
Number (have your PO number).
- Merchandise for returns must be in clean, resalable condition (unless
defective).
- All products returned to EAI Education must be insured and have RA # written
on box or paperwork.
- Computer software and video tapes may only be returned if they are unopened or
defective (replace with identical item).
- Education facilities are exempt from restocking fee. Normal restock fee
is 10%.

We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return your purchase within 90 days. All materials must be in saleable condition to be accepted for full refund, credit or replacement. Material in sets or packages must be returned complete as sold.
